TLDHut Terms of Service

These terms explain who can use TLDHut, acceptable use, billing, and how we limit risk.

Using TLDHut

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for protecting your credentials, keeping your contact info current, and complying with these terms whenever you access the comparison tools.

  • You control every action taken through your account.
  • Automated scraping, reverse-engineering, or usage spikes that degrade the experience for others are prohibited.

Billing & subscriptions

TLDHut Pro renews automatically until canceled and billing reflects the tier in effect at the start of each cycle.

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We send invoices from our processor and do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Content & intellectual property

What you can share

All comparison data, imagery, and branding we provide remain our property; you may download materials only for internal research unless you obtain explicit permission.

  • You retain ownership of any submissions you make, such as feedback or support requests.
  • You grant us a license to host, cache, and display those submissions as needed for the service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

TLDHut is provided "as is" without warranties; we do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • The final registrar checkout is the source of truth for pricing.
  • We are not liable for consequential damages, third-party data, or brief outages beyond our standard availability.

Modifications & termination

Changing the service

We may change the service, prices, or these terms with notice; we can suspend or delete accounts that breach the policy.

  • We may restrict or terminate access at any time with notice.
  • Material changes take effect 30 days after notice unless urgent action is required.
