When domain registration is usually opened to the public but is subject to restrictions and higher prices. Occurs after Sunrise Period, before General Availability, and is also known as Landrush Period.
Qualified Launch Program
When registries can issue up to 100 domain names to third parties for promotional purposes before Sunrise Period begins.
